Hey, I'm Emily! Nurse by training, fitness instructor by passion, and mom to four kids by the busiest kind of choice. I'm not creating content about family life from the outside looking in. I'm living it, every naptime, every carpool line, every "why is there a shoe in the fridge" moment.

My nursing background means I actually know what's safe and worth recommending, not just what looks good on camera. My time teaching group fitness keeps me honest about health and wellness. And having built my own product from scratch, I get it from your side too. I know what it takes to launch something and what a brand actually needs from a partner: someone who shows up, communicates like a real person, and delivers content that actually works.
